6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

bh666 employs real-time monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, and prohibited conduct. 8 Account Suspension & Closure

bh666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and at any time. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, provision of false or misleading information, suspected fraudulent activity, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or at the request of the account holder.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your bh666 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bh666 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances within 5 business days, provided no outstanding compliance review is in progress. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bh666 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts after the 12-month threshold, deducted from the account balance.
